Chinese New Year is coming within 8 more days...Honestly, I don't have the CNY mood. There is no exact reason to explain why. Until I went for Boulevard last night and saw the crowded people busy buying CNY foodstuff, then I realized that 'Oh, it's really coming now.'
As I grow up older, I'm getting less excited with the ang pao things. Because the frequency of getting ang pao has become less and less, plus I am working now...I missed the time when I was a student..Now the meaning of CNY to me is more like a gathering, family & relatives gathering and friends gathering. And for some people, it's gathering and GAMBLING.
