After few days searching,I've finally found the website that I want.http://pesaraonline.net/,an online Malaysian labour law website.This web-site was developed and run by a retired civil servant who has been working with the Labour Department for a long time.. The main purpose of this web-site is to provide information on Malaysian Labour Laws that might be useful to the readers.

I'm excited to read the cases and Q&A section,as i can gain a lot of knowledge regarding Labour Law.It will spend most of my time in office to read,better than just Facebooking here.
