Work Smart

Once upon a time ago, you'd hear people told you to 'work hard'.

Nowadays, to 'work smart' is rather important for keeping you 'survive' under work pressure, over workload with very little paid.

You may complain that your superior give you too many works.You can't handle the work, you can't handle the pressure.

You just work, straight to the work, but the work never gets done.

Sometimes, the undone works has a connection with 'some other thing'. That 'some other thing' can be a redundant procedure,can be a delay from other department, can be the weakness of the system, and many other possibilities.

Would you try to inform your superior about these problem, rather than just telling them ' I have too many works'?

Never be afraid to tell the problems to the superior.They may need to hear this.They will never know until you tell them.

Believe me, working smart can guarantee a brighter future than working hard.
